Manhattan Family Practice is located at 911 Park Avenue, (on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 80th Street). It was established in 1986 by Dr. Albert Levy, a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who also has an Added Qualification Board in Geriatric Medicine.
Dr Levy has earned an incredible reputation for his expertise, knowledge and care in the Family Medicine specialty. He is continually listed in the "Best Doctor's Guides" in New York and the United States showing the high regard and respect of his peers and patients.

In order to deliver even better, focused patient-centered care and treatment, free from insurance restrictions and restraints, Dr Levy is pleased to announce that he will now be working out-of-network and will still be available to see patients for all of their diagnostic, follow-up and treatment needs. Patients will also be assisted with insurance reimbursements wherever possible.
