Manhattan Family Practice is located at 911 Park Avenue, (on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 80th Street). It was established in 1986 by Dr. Albert Levy, a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who also has an Added Qualification Board in Geriatric Medicine and has been on the list of Best Doctors in New York and the USA for several consecutive years.

Dr. Sandra Gilban, and Dr. Margaret Kearns-Stanley, both Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and with several years of experience in family and internal medicine joined the practice in 2002 and 2003 respectively.
The practice offers a wide range of services for all ages, from children to seniors, including most medical procedures, medical examinations for US immigration, Canadian and Australian Immigration, physical examinations, cancer screening, cardiovascular tests, gynecological exams, immunizations and preventive health care.
 
ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS: Since August 2007, the office has been completely computerized with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Records system to ensure even greater efficiency and accuracy in care. No more searching for charts and pieces of paper! It enables electronic prescribing and drug interaction checks as well as other personalized and integrative medical features. If you allow us, we even photograph you and keep your profile and records stored in full compliance with all HIPAA privacy rules to prevent insurance fraud as well as to ameliorate patient-doctor communication.
Most insurances and Managed Health Care Plans are accepted here.
