Plus a number of other third party medical insurances. 
Please note that some plans allow you to go out of network and some need referrals. Therefore it is important that you understand the requirements of your insurance plan.
If your doctor is no longer participating with your insurance, you may still be able to see him or her out-of-network. We will then fill in and give you a claim form to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Most PPO insurances reimburse up to 90% of the fees charged.
